17-year-old shooting sports phenomenon Danyela D’Angelo just got a very important new job.
If you follow shooting sports, chances are you know who D’Angelo is. For the uninitiated, she’s a professional shooter with a long list of awards and accolades.

With 159,000 followers, many people have discovered her spot on shooting style. She also routinely posts videos to YouTube. Her style and love of the sport are easy to see in how she expertly handles each firearm she shoots with.
A Prodigy From the Start
Danyela began her shooting career at the tender age of 11. Her dad was the one who introduced her to the sport, but she naturally took to the practice of shooting with ease. She spent hours and hours training to become the exceptional shooter she is today. Other than training with her dad, she also works with Nick Saiti, a USPSA Grandmaster. He runs Secret Weapons Training, a top-notch school located in Phoenix, Arizona.
Her next sights are set on representing the United States at the IPSC World Shoot XIX Championship in Pattaya, Thailand later this year taking place in November and December. Most of the competitions she participates in are 3 Gun and USPSA Pistol in the open divisions. It’s estimated that in practice time she shoots about 3,000 rounds per month. That’s quite a lot of shooting practice!
In her personal life, school and her studies are also very important to Danyela. She plans on studying to become an attorney in the future.
