The Biden-Harris Administration just made their intentions about gun control very clear. They introduced new executive actions that would ban specific types of guns and their accessories.
The gun control ban further increases the reach of “Red Flag” laws in each state that will allow family members and law enforcement to take guns away from those people and prevent them from purchasing guns if they are considered high risk to themselves or others. This is a broad interpretation that can easily prevent people from having Second Amendment rights based on other people’s opinions.
These executive orders are making Second Amendment supporters very nervous. That’s why when these actions were announced, it triggered a wave of people buying these items they might end up banning.
AR-15 Style Rifles
Even though many people use AR-15 style rifles to go hunting and for shooting sports, Biden insists they are weapons of war. They are semi-automatic modern sporting rifles that are incapable of full automatic fire. Fully-automatic weapons have been banned for civilian use for decades. The regime doesn’t appear to know any distinctions between these two variants
With the threat of this ban on “assault rifles” possibly going into effect, many people are racing out to get their hands on these guns. A ban like this was present in 1994 for ten years. People were angry about it then, and were able to modify guns to get around this law.
Ghost Guns
Ghost guns are firearms that people purchase from online sources in pieces to build themselves. According to the White House, this allows people to have guns without a serial number and background checks. The ban would effectively make it illegal to purchase these kits that are actually a fun and useful hobby for law-abiding citizens.
The term, “ghost gun” is mostly used by gun control advocates. Some states have passed laws to try to make these guns illegal, but for the most part, it’s still legal on a federal level. Many people create guns and modify them from raw materials they order, and with the recent advancements in 3D printing, it’s become easier to make certain parts at home. You can bet with Biden’s announcement, people are purchasing kits more than ever on the internet before this law goes into effect.
Stabilizing Braces for Pistols
This is an accessory that the Biden administration wants to regulate. These items replace the buttstock on a weapon to allow a person to shoot their weapon easier with one hand. As part of the National Firearms Act, in order to buy one, you’ll have to pay an extra $200 and submit more information to the government. You can bet sales of stabilizing braces have gone up since the announcement, and before the new laws go into effect.
The race is on for Beijing Biden to beat BHO for record firearms sales in the U.S.
The constitution clearly says you morons. THE RIGHT TO BARE ARMS SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED. SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED. SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED!
