The trend this year it seems that gun manufacturers want to make concealed carry firearms that are comfortable and compact. Either way, when you pick up your new handgun, you’re going to want to head to your local gun club or shooting range to test it out.
Here are some of the latest offerings from famous gun makers that you may want to add to your collection.
This is a slim version of one of their most popular guns, the G19. It’s meant to be perfect for concealed carry anywhere you want to go with ease. The edges of this firearm are beveled with a sliver top coating that looks sleek and sharp. Any hand size could easily carry this handgun without any issue. The magazine capacity of this one is 10. Walther PPQ M2 Q5 Match
This new steel frame gun has been popular lately in competition shooting. With a 5 in 9mm barrel, it also has a short travel trigger that makes it great for fast shots. The grip is traditional for those that love the Walther style that is evident on all of their handguns. You can also add optics to this piece for those that like the red dot experience using their firearms. This retails for around $850.
Colt King Cobra .357
A classic gun company that makes a sharp looking firearm. They reintroduced the Cobra last year, so this year with the King Cobra they are adding to the already popular line of old school looking handguns. It’s a heavy solid feeling gun with a 3-inch barrel. This is definitely a firearm that collectors are going to go crazy over. Retail price is around $899.
Smith & Wesson M&P Bodyguard 38
Smith & Wesson has another compact offering on the market with their Bodyguard 38. The frame is aluminum with a stainless steel barrel and cylinder. The grip is lightweight polymer based for a concealed carry firearm that’s very comfortable to wear. For only $385, it’s one of the most affordable new guns available on the list.
Ruger Wrangler .22 LR
Another perfect collector piece, the Wrangler is quite a fine looking firearm. It’s a single action revolver that holds six pieces of ammunition in the chamber. This is just a really fun looking gun to take to the shooting range. You’ll feel like you have a little piece of the old Wild West when you use this gun. You can purchase this little beauty for around $250 retail.
Sig Sauer P320 XCompact 9mm
One of the biggest gun companies around, Sig Sauer came out with a great new model this year. Their P320 is equipped with a 3.6 inch barrel, night sites, and holds 15 rounds. This gun was the talk of the Shot Show 2019 convention this year. Everyone couldn’t wait to get this gun out to the shooting range to test it out. Retail price is $500.
