Navy SEALS File Federal Lawsuit Against Biden for Rejecting Religious Objections to “Vaccine” Mandate

Despite the false narratives pushed by the fake news media, Joe Biden is no friend to America’s soldiers.

Biden and his handlers continue to arm-twist members of the military to coerce them into taking the China Virus “vaccine,” but the White House’s latest attack on elite soldiers goes beyond the pale.

A group of Navy SEALs recently filed a lawsuit to prevent the Democrat occupying the Oval Office from trampling their faith-based exemption. More than 30 members of the U.S. Navy, including elite Navy SEALs with more than 350 years of combined experience, filed a civil lawsuit to protect their religious rights from Biden and his radicalized administration. The lawsuit explicitly names Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin, Navy Secretary Carlos Del Toro, the U.S. Department of Defense and Joe Biden as defendants.

“Plaintiffs believe that receiving a Covid-19 vaccine that was tested, developed or produced using aborted fetal cell lines would force them to violate their sincerely held religious beliefs by causing them to participate in the abortion enterprise, which they believe to be immoral and highly offensive to God,” the lawsuit states. “In accordance with their sincerely held religious belief, multiple Plaintiffs carefully monitor what they take into their bodies, and they are compelled to avoid anything that adversely alters or may modify their bodies’ natural functions in a manner not designed by God…”

The brave men and women who keep everyday people safe were subjected to intimidation tactics for declining to take the jab based on their constitutionally guaranteed religious exemption. Biden and his woke cronies now overseeing military decisions scoffed at the career soldiers’ claim and threatened they would be “medically disqualified” from service.

The White House and left-leaning media outlets have effectively downplayed the “vaccine” pushback from active-duty soldiers. The relative silence doesn’t change the fact upwards of 12,000 Air Force personnel rejected taking the shot following a Pentagon directive in August. And despite the fact 96% of the 324,000 Air Force members were at least partially vaccinated, the administration refused to acknowledge the religious implications revolving around abortion and the use of dead baby tissue for “vaccine” experiments.

In August, like-minded members from the other branches asked a federal judge for injunctive relief from Biden’s vaccine edict. Army Staff Sgt. Daniel Robert and Marine Corps Staff Sgt. Hollie Mulvihil initially requested an exemption based on scientifically-proven natural immunity. Their lawyers later requested an injunction barring the mandate across the entire military.

“Service members that have natural immunity, developed from surviving the virus, should be granted a medical exemption from compulsory vaccination because the DoD instruction policy reflects the well-established understanding that prior infection provides the immune system’s best possible response to the virus,” the lawsuit reportedly states.

Their lawsuit was met with angry resistance from Joe Biden’s handlers and woke generals.

The leftists who are now in charge had no problem ignoring Army Regulation 40-562 that states, “General examples of medical exemptions include the following — underlying health conditions … evidence of immunity based on serologic tests, documented infection or similar circumstances.”

Natural immunity has been scientifically proven — in other countries — to provide equal or better protection than the short-term “vaccine” that requires booster shots. Medical and scientific experts — with the exception of CDC Director Rochelle “Hot Mess” Walensky — agree that taking the shot after recovering from the China Virus offers only nominal additional protection at best.

The continued resistance by Joe Biden and his cronies to acknowledge reasonable exceptions and constitutional exemptions demonstrates the leader of the Democrat Party has zero respect for the rule of law, America’s soldiers or common decency.

The “vaccine” mandate helps put money in Big Pharma’s pockets, perpetuates abortion and is clearly being used as a weapon to remove patriots, conservatives and right-wingers from the Armed Forces.

“The fact that the government has not granted a single religious exemption from the vaccine mandate shows that the Biden administration does not care about religious freedom. Instead, this appears to be an attempted ideological purge. Forcing a service member to choose between their faith and serving their country is abhorrent to the Constitution and America’s values,” General Counsel for First Liberty Institute Mike Berry said.

“After all these elite warriors have done to defend our freedoms, the Navy is now threatening their careers, families, and finances. It’s appalling, and it has to stop before any more harm is done to our national security,” Berry continued.

Joe Biden is such an extraordinarily despicable human being.

He can’t even show just an ounce of respect to our military for God sakes.

But this is also the same man who molested and showered with his own daughter, so why in the hell would he have respect for our military?
