The Taurus G3C: The BEST Cheap Carry Gun? (VIDEO)

If you’re in the market for a new concealed carry weapon — and also on a budget — we may have found the perfect handgun for you.

The Taurus G3C is a super-compact handgun that is easily concealable with its 3.2″ barrel length. The firearm comes in two variants as shown on the Taurus USA website: one with a ten-round capacity, and another with a 12-round capacity. Both guns have the same barrel length, and are made with a black polymer frame.

The best part is that you won’t be spending a whole lot. Both variants of the Taurus G3C are listed with an MSRP of just $305.74. The only difference between the two models seems to be the ammunition capacity.

Of course, we’re not going to recommend a firearm without showing the product in action. In the video below, Hop from TFB TV fires off some rounds and takes a deep dive into the budget pistol’s capabilities.

If nothing else, this insanely attractive retail price begs the question: why aren’t there more affordable budget carry pistols out there?

  1. It’s based off the G2c, so it should be decent. I was able to pick up my G2c for $170 on sale, new and in the box with 2 12rd mags, two years ago. I’m considering a G3C as my G2c works like a charm and no failures to feed, fire or eject. 500 rds fired at the range(long day). Maybe I’m lucky, but it worked flawlessly and is more than acceptable in accuracy.
