Sig Sauer Is Releasing a VERY Exciting New Gun

Sig Sauer announced a new line of firearms and other products this week on Tom Gresham’s Gun Talk radio show.

The legacy gun maker’s new models were made officially available as of Monday, September 9th. Gun enthusiasts are always very excited when their favorite gun brands announce new gear to buy. This new release has been in the works for quite some time now, with previews at gun shows across America. Getting people who love Sig Sauer products ready to add a new gun to their collection is a no brainer. Many people are going to pull the trigger on purchasing this new firearm soon.

Let’s take a look at the latest from Sig Sauer.

Hear the Entire Show and Announcement

You can hear the entire show, which airs on Sundays from 2-5PM each week. This is Tom Gresham’s 23rd year in syndication of doing his popular “Gun Talk” radio show. Phil Strader was on to make the announcement this week. He is the pistol product manager of Sig Sauer, and he has a ton of influence in the newer models that Sig makes.

If you don’t have time to hear the whole show, we’ll just tell you the news…drum roll please…

So what’s the new gun that everyone in the industry is game to try? It’s the Sig Sauer P365 SAS with embedded sights for anti-snag concealed carry. Applause. Applause. Applause. You can check out a preview of this gun on “Guns & Gear” which is a show hosted by Tom’s son, Ryan Gresham. On the show, Phil Strader shows off the gun, how it fires, and some of the details about the research that went into making this pistol. It’s a remarkable piece of equipment that Phil loves to shoot.

An Innovative Firearm Like No Other

This is a truly innovative firearm that is made to be the ideal one for concealed carry. There is no side control or sights anywhere on the gun to snag on the body. It’s completely flush on all sides, which definitely makes it a winner. It’s not going to get caught on your clothing. Many people leave their shirts untucked, which can be a problem to overcome with unholstering your gun ,and it ends up getting caught up in the shirt. The new model prevents this. It’s going to come out clean and not snag on anything.

Looking at the video of how this gun works, it’s amazing. Keep in mind it does have “sights,” but it just operates with a different sight system. It’s just a flush sight. The gun overall is quick and easy to use.

There are two versions of this pistol, the XL and the regular P365, which is micro-compact for everyday carry. The NRA has also named this gun their Golden Bullseye Winner 2019 for their annual Shooting Sports Illustrated Magazine contest in the handgun category.

Phil Strader says that it’s one of the “coolest things he’s ever shot.” You’re going to want to head to your local Sig Sauer retailer to see the new P365 in person.
