Pentagon Officials ‘Remain Baffled by Chinese Hypersonic Missile Technology’ After Beijing Tested Weapon That Could Deploy a Nuke While Travelling at Five Times the Speed of Sound

Twice this year, China has fired hypersonic missiles that were capable of traveling at five times the speed of sound.

These missiles also have the capacity to shoot over the South Pole, the one place in the world where the United States defenses don’t reach.

So why is the Pentagon surprised?

For the eight years that Obama was in office, our defense budget was slashed and little was done to improve or advance our technology, leaving us far behind our biggest adversaries.

Overlooking Blatant Signs

The signs are there.

They have been there.

Obama saw them and continued to overlook them.

Trump saw them and began to take action.

The problem is that his haters screamed and whined so loudly that no one else could get a word in edgewise.

Nancy Pelosi on her little soapbox did most of the theatrics that kept the entitled masses in an uproar, tearing up presidential speeches and spewing rhetoric any time she saw a microphone.

Any time Trump tried to improve the state of our military, someone always found a way to turn the topic around to something so petty that it made our government look like toddlers who couldn’t get along in their own sandbox.

So much for getting the military back on track.

The Pentagon Knows Better

As for the Pentagon being surprised, that’s what you get for burying your head in the sand for eight years and then trying to unbury yourself for the last four.

We have all listened to Chinese leaders for the last several years make claims about their advanced technology.

They have shown progress, visible tangible progress, yet we are surprised?

Did we think they were just teasing?

Again, we go back to the sandbox and ignore the bully who claims to have a slingshot in their pocket. 

That is until they decide to use it, then we feign surprise and are in shock.

Time to Play Catch Up

With all of the signs that were overlooked and mainstream media jumping all over “politically-based” cases like Kyle Rittenhouse’s trial, it’s apparent they are trying to avoid the situation.

It’s time to play catch up.

We have wasted far too much time on lesser issues when our country’s own security is at risk.

Where is Homeland Security when we have all of these refugees being flown into our country during all hours of the night?

Why is it taking so long for us to hear about China’s tests that were performed in July and August? 

The time to catch up is NOW.

We can no longer wait to keep our country secure!

Stand Up Like Kyle

Self-defense is our right.

Just like Kyle Rittenhouse was forced to protect himself from angry protestors, it is up to our defense department and military to defend our country against those who attempt to harm our country, both domestic and abroad.

This is the oath our military takes when they vow to protect our country.

We need to get our government on board and do what needs to be done.

We need to elect officials who are committed to making this country the greatest nation on earth.

With China making such dramatic advancements toward hypersonic missiles, we need to step up our game.

It’s up to us to protect our country from these advanced threats to ensure our freedoms.

No one else is going to protect us from outside threats.

It is up to us to stand up for ourselves and elect officials who are willing to do what it takes to protect our country and the citizens who love it so much.
