The Biden Administration’s handling of the U.S.-Russia proxy war in Ukraine has gotten so bad that even former spies and diplomats are horrified by the leaks coming from the administration.
Senior Biden Administration members, it appears, are so eager to turn the current conflict into World War 3 that they are bragging about all the high-level intelligence the United States has provided Ukraine with to enable Ukraine to kill Russian generals and, ostensibly, destroy the Moskva, the flagship of Russia’s Black Sea fleet.
Richard Haass, President of the Council of Foreign Relations, bluntly noted that he could not “fathom why US officials are discussing US helping Ukraine sink Russian ships or kill its generals.”
John Sipher, a former CIA officer who served in Russia, was much blunter, stating the administration needed to “shut up about it.”
Michael McFaul, former United States ambassador to Russia, noted that “No one should be talking to press about such things.”
It’s not hard to see why foreign policy experts are concerned about the leaks.
Russia has long sought to portray itself as the victim of Western aggression, and the fact that the United States is bragging about helping to slaughter Russian soldiers and senior military members bolsters Russia’s accusations.
Worse yet, it could lead to an escalation in the conflict as the United States continues to provide more and better weapons to Ukraine while at the same time sharing real-time information to help it better combat Russian troops.
The Biden Administration, in response, has claimed that the mainstream media has framed the leaks in an “irresponsible” way. It’s hard to imagine a “responsible” way to frame such incendiary information; however, the President’s lackeys are doing everything in their power to downplay how much assistance they are providing to Ukraine’s military even as Democrats in Congress have passed a bill giving Ukraine another $40 billion in “aid”.
President Biden, for his part, is said to have “dressed down” senior members of his administration, making it clear that he is not happy with the leaks and the damage they could cause.
Unfortunately, as he gets on in years, it is becoming increasingly apparent that he is no longer in full control of his faculties.
The president’s aides won’t allow him to use the Oval Office for press events because they can’t have a teleprompter permanently installed.
In recent comments about seizing assets belonging to Russian oligarchs, he stumbled over his words and told the press that he wanted to “accommodate” Russian oligarchs before stating the United States wanted to seize their “ill-begotten gains.”
In April, he shook hands with the air after a speech and wandered around the stage, seemingly unable to figure out what he was supposed to do next.
While many have rightly decried the Biden presidency, his removal would almost certainly lead to a massive escalation in the conflict as those he has appointed to positions of power seem all too eager to start a new World War in order to “get back at Russia” for “helping” former President Donald Trump win the 2016 Presidential election.
The Biden Administration’s continual stream of leaks about the Ukraine conflict is rightly scaring those who have the foreign policy experience and common sense to realize that such leaks will hurt the United States now and in the future.
The inflammatory comments make it clear the United States is indeed escalating the Russia-Ukraine war in order to achieve the desired outcome.
They justify Russian President Vladimir Putin’s stance that Russia is the victim of western aggression and risk escalating a war that could easily lead to a nuclear conflagration.
At the same time, the leaks also expose the all-too-obvious fact that President Biden isn’t in full control of his cabinet.
The world faces an unprecedented, dangerous situation as the United States President is unable to fully and properly execute his duties while his cabinet members are all too eager to start World War 3 with a nuclear power.
The BIden Administration has a lot of woke and social and marxist telling him what to do. These people are idiots. They don’t know if they are men or women, don’t have any ethics as shown by what they do. He is being led and misled to do things that are against everything. most would do. Nobody can trust him or the people advising him.
